5 Ways to Enhance Your Life This Month: June

I’m back with more healthy ways to enhance your life this month!

If you are new to my blog, this is a monthly segment where I explain a few of my favorite things that I have implemented into my life in the hopes that you will try them out in yours. 

Let’s get right into it. 

A few month ago, I was having moments of panic when it came to money. I hate feeling out of control that way, so I was in search for guidance. 

I came across Leanne Jacobs’s “Beautiful Money,” and immediately found my solution. Jacobs’ goal is to teach you how to holisitically approach money, without fear and doubts, and with the expectance that you will make an abundence of wealth. 

Although, its not bullshit. It’s not just a feel good book. She gives you prompts to mediate on, lists to create, goals to implament and wise advice from a women who worked herself too hard all in the name of a title in a corporate job, that she wasn’t even happy at! She wanted to attain wealth in a healthy way.

Whether you are vegan or not, you need to try these amazing burgers. Lately, I have been drinking earl grey tea every morning. Not only do I find it delicious, but bergamot, the citrusy flavor in this black tea, is actually quite benifitcal for your body.

Studies have shown that bergamot can aid in digestion, relievate joint and muscle pain and even sooth anxiety. 

I have been lerning a lot about chakras, lately; these centers of energy found within our bodies. 

Since I am still learning, I can’t speak about them at length yet. But I wanted to include them here, because the benefits of having these areas balanced in the body can create for you a more happy, and fulfilling life. 

I strongly encourage you to do your research. I can currently reading Anodea Judith’s booke “Chakras: Seven Keys to Awakening and Healing the Energy in the Body.” It is amazing so far and easy to understand. She breaks down each of the 7 chakras, chapter by chapter, to explain where they are in the body, how they effect you and how they can become balanced for optimal health. 

I highly recommend it! Stay tuned for more chakra posts from me, because I am sure I will be writing some!
